Winter Hossegor
Its a well know fact that Hossegor winter is not for the faint hearted . Generally 3-4 meter waves and hell storms. This winter Hossegor 聽however has delivered the goods for those who didn’t make it away.
We hve has a constant run of blue skies with no wind almost all summer. This week however the climate chnge has provided an unusully warm week. We have been getting temperatures of about 25 degrees eevry day ! The cherry on the cake is tht the banks are just totallt on fire and everybody is in the tropics !
It seems hard to believe that one of the most iconic surf destinations in Europe is left totally empty for the winter months with a small handful of happy locals scoring some mad waves , but the best thing is its just for them with nobody hassling .
